About Penny
The founder of Cherub Sydney, Penny Baldas has been in the beauty industry for over 12 years. In her time she has worked alongside some of the best hairdressers in the world. She has travelled extensively throughout Australia and Europe training hundreds of hairdressers as well as appearing onstage at the Redken Symposium held in Melbourne in 2018 and the Hair Expo Australia held in Sydney in 2017 educating audiences of 500+. She is known for her brutal yet honest consultation style she keeps it real. She takes the utmost pride in her work and strives to create the perfect colour and styles for her clients. Penny specialises in highlighting, balayage and colour corrections.
