The founder of Cherub Sydney, Penny Baldas has been in the beauty industry for over 12 years. She has worked alongside some of the best hairdressers in the world and travelled extensively throughout Australia and Europe training hundreds of hairdressers.
She is known for keeping it real, giving her clients honest consultations to ensure they get the best outcome. She takes the utmost pride in her work and strives to create the perfect colour and style, every time. Penny specialises in highlighting, balayage and colour corrections.
Penny is passionate about training the newest generation of hairdressers as well as sharing her space with freelance stylists. In 2023 she founded Club Cherub a members only club where independent hair artists have complete flexibility and a beautiful salon to call home.
